We choose fructose because of its intensity of flavour and sweetness, which means we can use less grams of sugar to get a full flavour, premium beverage and simultaneously keep our products all natural.
When creating Free Førm, our priority was to craft the best zero-alcohol cocktails possible. We achieved this through meticulous craftsmanship and by sourcing the best natural ingredients. Alcohol and sugar are key to achieving great mouthfeel, texture and flavour, and since our goal was to create an all-natural, non-alcoholic product, we chose to use sugar.
